San Antonio Hospice Team
The San Antonio Hospice team represents the best of the multicultural population that makes up our great city. Our physicians are in touch with the challenges of the aging population of San Antonio and are on a first name basis with many members of our community. Our Director of Clinical Services/Administrator has a Master’s Degree in Nursing, Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing, and is among the first to complete the NHPCO Compliance Training Program. Our Hospice Registered Nurses hail from backgrounds that include experience in critical care, oncology, med/surg nursing, wound care, and intensive care as well as years of time working with patients with terminal prognoses. Our social worker brings several years of experience to the table and is an asset to the patients and the interdisciplinary team. Our Spiritual Care Coordinator is the only Jewish Spiritual Care Coordinator and Bereavement Coordinator in the city. Our Hospice Aides have bigger hearts than the great state of Texas, so maybe that is why we are off to a SUPER start after just one year!
Austin Hospice Team
The Austin Hospice team has over 30 years of collective hospice experience. We are able to bring both music and art therapy to our patients through our certified team members. Our focus is always patient-centered and goal-centered care. We are accredited by the Joint Commission and our practices and policies go above and beyond that of Medicare standards.
Brownsville Hospice Team
The Brownsville Hospice team is comprised of a bright, growing team of disciplines with over 30 collective years of hospice experience. On August 21, 2018 our team passed and exceeded expectations on the Joint Commission survey. Since that time, we have experienced steady growth due to our excellent quality of care. Our team strives to successfully meet all aspects of patient care in a holistic manner with excellent outcomes. We continue to be well-received in the community and always earn top marks on our patient surveys. Our goals are to continue to exceed expectation, bring a different approach of hospice medical practice to our community, and focus on quality driven, goal-oriented patient and family care to better serve the Rio Grande Valley.
Hebbronville Hospice Team
The Hebbronville Hospice Team brings 30 plus combined years of hospice experience. As a team, we strive to provide individualized, compassionate care to every patient and their family. We believe the care we provide can affect the end-of-life journey. We incorporate the hospice team, the patient, and the family to reach this goal. Our office provides services to rural communities, taking us above and beyond the extra mile to provide ultimate care.
