The Reston, Virginia based Hospice Team brings over 50 collective years of hospice experience to each patient and family we serve. Our team members have been recognized as leaders in their fields; we are honored to have the VAHC Hospice Nurse of the Year. Our focus is singular: quality and comfort care at end-of-life for our patients and their circle of caregivers. We believe that hospice care is never ordinary and cannot be cookie cutter which is why our care plans are as unique and individualized as the patients we serve. Our team members are dedicated to the goals of care each patient has for their end-of-life journey. We are committed to the bereavement and care of their families in the months to come after the journey is over.
