Children’s Grief Camp
Our Michigan branches run a Children’s Grief camp called Camp TMT as part of our bereavement program to provide a safe place and help children cope with the loss of a parent or loved one. Staff and trained volunteers organize “grief work” and fun activities to allow campers to share their stories and learn positive ways to express their feelings.
Supplement Hospice Costs
We are committed to providing quality Hospice Services with Honoring Life’s Journey to all clients in need, such as those lacking insurance or the funds to cover the costs of essential care for their loved ones. Your donations help bridge the gap and cover these services for those who are not in a position to pay for the level of care and support they need.
Memorial Fund
These donations to Honoring Life’s Journey also support the costs of specialty memorial events and projects for some of our clients and their families, such as memorial services, bereavement program events, or sponsored construction projects (like memorial gardens or plaques).
