The Livonia based hospice team is comprised entirely of highly skilled and experienced professionals. Under the care of our diverse clinical team, and our Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Physician, you can be assured your needs will be at the center of our services. Our daily goal is to provide you and your loved ones what you deserve; respect, comfort and peacefulness.
Flint Hospice Team
Since opening in January 2014, the Flint Hospice team has added team members solely through referrals from current employees; all 60+ team members are connected to another employee. We are proud to say that every member of our team has a “hospice heart” that ensures we always provide the best care. Each team member has come to us with a previous personal hospice experience which enables them to truly understand our clients and their families. We pride ourselves on our dedication to quality care and will support our patients and families through the hospice journey.
The Flint hospice team holds an annual grief camp for children who have experienced a loss. Learn more below.
Grand Rapids Hospice Team
The Grand Rapids Hospice team staff comes from a wide range of clinical backgrounds. Our past experiences and compassionate hearts help us understand the needs of our hospice patients. We seek to guide our patients and their family through their hospice journey in a way that allows them to have the best quality of life in their remaining days.
